Identity Careers is a partnership of two of the world's top International Development career coaches. We offer a number of different coaching packages designed to help you develop your career in international development. Sessions are done by Skype, telephone or face to face meetings in central London.
45 minute coaching session
The 45 minute coaching session is used as an exploratory session to set goals and develop an action plan in order to achieve them. This session is done by Skype or phone. Once this has been done, follow up sessions could include any of the options below. It can also be used to get coaching on how to progress on a specific issue. This session costs £50 and is payable in advance.

3 x 60min coaching package
After an initial session you can take advantage of a discounted coaching sessions. For only £180 you will have access to three hours telephone/Skype or face-to-face coaching to support the development of your career. This could include CV, interview coaching or helping you develop and stick to an action plan. This offer also includes follow-up email contact and phone coaching between sessions and is payable in advance.

CV coaching package
The CV coaching package includes an initial review of your CV followed by 90 minutes coaching session where we will discuss the presentation and content of your CV. Following the session you will then make the recommended changes and send back for further revisions until you are satisfied with the final product. Working on the principle of teaching a man to fish, this session will equip you with the skills to ensure your CV will always stand out for the right reasons. The session costs £95 and is payable in advance.

Interview package
Increase your confidence and hone your interview skills with this 90 minute face-to-face coaching session. It can be used to prepare for a specific interview or just brush up your general interview skills allowing you to always be ready for that opportunity. The total package costs £95 and is payable in advance.

CV and Interview package
Combine the CV and interview coaching in one package and save £15. This package includes the initial review of CV with 90 minutes follow up coaching as well as the 90 minutes interview coaching. Interview coaching could be for generic interview skills or for preparation for an up coming interview. The total package is £175 and is payable in advance.

Post workshop package
After attending a one-day identity careers workshop, you have the opportunity to take advantage of a discounted coaching session.
